CVS Lies! The company policy concerning coupons is awful! The object is to bring customers into the store, not insult them and lie to them! My coupon clearly stated good thru 5/26/21. Which was today. But I was told I could not use it because it was past 2:00 P.M on May 26th. Have you people lost your mind? I will submit a fraud complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I have heard similar complaints from many members of our HOA. Get you act together or get out of the business!

Horrible customer service. Left on the phone for over a half-hour. Impossible to talk with a person in the pharmacy. Forced to use CVS by my insurer but if I can ever changes pharmacies I will do it on a heartbeat.

They will tell you that your results for a COVID test will return in 1-2 days. Here I am at almost 7 days with no result and unable to work because of their inability to do something Walgreens can do in less than a day. It’s totally useless to get results that late

I called my local CVS to see if my prescription was ready for pickup. I spent over 25 minutes on hold and hung up. I called back several times and was placed on hold between 25-30 minutes with no one answering the phones. I finally called to speak with the store manager (wasn't in) and the person who answered my call put me on hold as well. When I called him back he told me that they were busy in the pharmacy and were answering calls in the order they were received (sure). I finally called corporate customer service and gave them an ear full. Considering taking all of by business to Walgreens.

On hold for over 30 minutes today then for over 21 minutes for a 1 minute 22 second conversation. Yesterday was much better after 91/2 minutes the phone phone hung up and then only a 6 minute wait. Be proud of the regional manager for the Bushnell Florida location. I will never go there again. Walmart here I come.

My local pharmacy shut down during Covid, selling their customers to the CVS store in Eureka CA. CVS sent a text saying my med was ready -- and also offering a "discount" since I now have to pay full price! Turns out CVS WON'T ACCEPT my Tricare military (ret) insurance! So reasonably enough, I asked the CVS pharmacist to transfer the script to my mail order provider that DOES accept my Tricare insurance. They refused. Not once but twice I was told CVS would absolutely not assist me to transfer this order to any other pharmacy. The employees I dealt with were rude and unhelpful, and the corporation is straight up greedy. Never going to buy anything from any CVS again.

Took a COVID PCR test at CVS seven days ago and still haven’t received the results. Took one at Walgreens and got the results on the following day.

Today I finally decided to get my Covid vaccine. I was having a hard time signing up online so I drove to the CVS Pharmacy on McArthur in Irving, Tx. Tim, the pharmacist was very busy. I told him I wasn’t able to sign up online and could I please get the vaccine. He said he had a couple of people ahead of me and it might take a while. I told him I would attempt to sign up online again. A few minutes later, he walked over to me and apologized (no apology needed) and helped me sign up and gave me my vaccine a few minutes later. Thank you Tim. You made my day. I don’t know if I would have gotten the vaccine if Tim hadn’t helped me out. Thank you so much Tim. Then, after my vaccine, all I really needed was some iced water. I walked over to Starbucks inside the Target store where CVS is also located. I asked the sweet woman for a glass of iced water, expecting to pay a couple of dollars for the water which was fine with me. She gave me a large cup of iced water and smiled at me letting me know there was no charge. Thank you! I wish I would have noted her name. When I was walking out the doors, another nice young lady said “thank you for shopping at Target”. Wow, what a great experience I had today. Thank you CVS, Starbucks and Target in Irving, Tx. MB
