Horrible customer service in CVS, I purchased product at the store but I didn’t get my extra bucks rewards as said in the deal at the store but I called customer care twice for almost an hour waiting they suddeny hang up on me! What a waste of my time considering I am always buying stuff at cvs just to get my rewards back! Hope they improved theycustomer service!

CVS website said $59-69 for a cholesterol test. So I scheduled an appointment and went in. All I wanted was the numbers, the reading. I didn't want any advice and told her I just wanted a print out of what the readings were. I wasn't there for advice. Still, she asked me way too many questions as if she was pretending to be my Dr even though I had already told her I wasn't there for advice, but only the reading. I tolerated her politely. When it was done, and I had my print-out, she charged me $179 and I freaked out. I told her what the website said (website said $59-69 for a cholesterol test.) and invited her to go look at the webpage herself. She refused and still charged me 300% more than what the price was advertised to me. Immediately, I moved my $600 per month prescription fills away from CVS and over to publix. CVS now has the perfect recipe for chasing away their long time loyal customers, and chasing them away for life. You win, I am gone forever CVS.

Made an appointment for my son for the flu shot one week out. The day before the appointment I got an email and a text message around 1AM - 2AM stating the appointment was canceled click this link. I clicked the link with more information stating I may missed the appointment. There was no real information other an red button to schedule again. I waited till the minute clinic opened and called my local store. I got routed to a call center which has been setup. The call center lady told me it happens for various reason either we ran out of the flu shot, or the person on call got sick. We have no way of looking of the appointment to see what happened. I found all this information to be odd with Covid-19 going on and the fact CVS has invested so much money in a Covid-19 information center to keep vaccinated cards, and other information that they cannot look up appointment's for other shots. Long story short my sons doctor's office had them in stock and gave an appointment for the same day. Unlike CVS they actually call you if issues and simply do not cancel them.

This store doesn't deserve a 1 star but cannot do the review unless you give at least a 1 star. The CVS in Anna, TX is horrible. They never answer the phone and never have your rx ready when promised. If there is an issue with the insurance, they make you call them instead of them doing their job to get it fixed. I had surgery yesterday and needed my antibiotic filled to start taking yesterday but they are still working on it 26 hours later. They are under staffed and when there are several there, they ignore the phone and the people at the counter. When going through the drive thru, it is so slow. They take about 10 to 20 minutes per car and it isn't better when you go in. They need specific people appointed to do each job instead of spreading them everywhere. It would be nice to be able to speak with someone. Due to insurance reasons I can only use them. I am going to get the all transfered to McKinney at a different pharmacy to get better service. I would rather drive 15 miles then give this company my money for such horrible service.

I called cvs to ask about delivering my prescriptions since I have cancer and can’t get out so well. After answering all the questions she didn’t even tell me who she was sending my call to. I tried asking to no avail. Then I was on hold for 15 minutes! Then the phone rang once and disconnected!!! If I call back I don’t know what department to ask for. I’m not going to call back. wish my insurance would let me go to another pharmacy because cvs is a horrible place. I do NOT shop there other than scripts. And don’t get me started on the drive thru, a complete mess and takes forever. If you have a choice of pharmacies DO NOT go there. I have used other pharmacies and never had a problem.

I received 3 vaccinations recently at the CVS pharmacy at 1422 East Pass Rd. in Gulfport MS. I'd like to commend the pharmacist Mindy Ngo RPh. She was very professional, kind and considerate. She always calls her repeat customers my their first name (Mr. Steve in my case). No matter how busy they are, she always has time to answer any questions and provide excellent advice to her patients. In these times of global pandemic and other significant events, the world needs more people like Mindy.

I tried getting necessary prescriptions filled for my little boy who had just come home from hospital after having major surgery and was not successful they didn’t have or would take weeks to get my insurance required me to use cvs but they made my baby suffer

The CVS on Mallard Creek Rd. in Charlotte North Carolina has the worst customer service. You never can get through to the pharmacy when you call. I called twice, left on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. They need someone there to answer the phone!
