pharmacist are awful. Its called customer service which they dont understand. What a shame!

The Pharmacy is too short handed. Two of the employees can be rude, one Patty, a tech, two pharmacist Kay has given me very rude comments, he also parks in prime parking save where the elderly could use. I see his car in space every time he works.

My son received the first dose of the Covid -19 vaccine at 624 MASSACHUSETTS AVE. CAMBRIDGE, MA. I noticed that the person who was fixing the vaccines wasn't using medical vinyl gloves made me thing is is very unsanitary. So I requested to the employee to fix another vaccine in front of me to make sure he also had a new and clean syringe. This person replied to me, "don't you trust me" This is NOT about trust, its about hygiene. I am assuming that that is why they canceled our next appointment. What a lack of ethics from your employee. DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!

The CVS in Rockland Ma has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet!!! Rude, disorganized and dysfunctional!! Thats the good!!

I wish I could give a lower rating. My insurance required me to use CVS Specialty for a prescription I need to have filled every month. They are the absolute worst. I have to spend hours and hours on the phone with them every month and even then they screw it up every time. My only hope is to ask my insurance for an exception and get it to a pharmacy who knows what they are doing!!!

CVS is overwhelming by their own success! The people work over there, don't care about their customers. Find another place for your medical needs.

i don't know if cvs is getting desparate or what but they have definitely become shady. my father and husband have certain meds that go to their pharmacy. i have removed their numbers and yet they still get reminders. my father is 86 years old. I renewed his meds through his online pharmacy and then got a message that it was not refilled but low and behold, it was refilled at cvs. they sent him and my husband messages saying their prescription is ready when in fact, it was sent to their other online pharmacy. since it was medicare, they have a history but I did not order from CVS. My father got a reminder and he just went and got it. shady! This just started happening. Makes me not want to shop there for any reason what so ever.

11/18/2021 I went into the CVS (Consumer Value Store) in Edenton, N.C. to purchase one of my medications using a CVS coupon on my phone. I am on Medicare and I purchase my medications by that. I take two different medications to balance my hormones but Medicare will not pay for both so I had to choose which one Medicare would pay for. With the coupon on my phone for that medication I would save about $60. But because I have Medicare that coupon not be honored. So I could not save my $60 that could have been spent on something else. Problems like this should be better solved for the customer and their health.
