CVS Store #3877 The staff at this CVS location is always delightful and go out of their way to be helpful and kind. This morning I had a prescription filled that requires I show my driver's license, which I recently lost and haven't received the replacement yet. I knew I could get a family member to pick up the rx for me, but didn't want to inconvenience anyone. I had a photo of my license on my phone and have been carrying my passport as identification as I wait for my new ID. The pharmacist (ALL of them are always wonderful and work diligently, but this was Chandra) told me that she needed to scan the ID and the picture on the phone wouldn't work - in a very friendly tone - I did not feel like she was pushing me aside at all. I told her I had my passport, but at that point I didn't think it would serve any purpose. She asked to see it and said, "let me see what we can do to help you out." She was able to get enough information to release my prescription to me and did it with a smile on her face. As I said, I could have gotten someone else to pick it up for me, but it was so much easier that she was able to assist me at that moment. Thank you, CVS!

I purchased a pair of reading glasses a couple weeks ago that fell apart when I took them off yesterday. While I had my receipt, unfortunately, I didn't keep the plastic piece that has the barcode (this piece needs to be cut off in order to wear the glasses), I didn't plan on having to return the glasses. When I went to the store today, 1736 W 9th Street, Oshkosh, WI to exchange or return the glasses, I was told they could not take them back without the barcode. I tried to find a pair on the rack, but they were out of stock (probably removed the defective model from the rack). The lady behind the counter told me she couldn't do anything because I did not have the packaging with the barcode. I asked why I would keep the plastic piece with the barcode, I didn't know they were going to fall apart. She called the manager, Josh, to talk to me. He was of no help, didn't even take the time to try to understand where I was coming from about saving the plastic piece. I raised my voice and told him that it is crazy to have to save every piece of packaging for everything a person buys, he told me there is nothing he can do without the plastic piece and that the third-party vendor wouldn't take them back without it. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy. I have enjoyed working with the Pharmacists at the store, and they do have a couple of exceptional technicians working there as well (Kristine, do not remember the others name), I will miss working with them. Store manager, Josh, didn't seem to care he lost a customer for CVS. Edited to add that I was not given the option of exchanging the glasses, which would have been acceptable.

The worse customer service ever. My account for some reason got merge with another account, now that I call to cancel my account they said I can’t because the account that supposed to have my name on it doesn’t have it anymore. They told me I had to call the person that my account got merge with to cancel the account that’s being charge to my debit card. These agent are rude and they hang up the phone on u, now I’m not going to say everyone is the same but when I do speak with cvs agents I get the craziest run around.

The customer service skills for associates in some of these stores need great improvement and consistency. For instance, when I visit the location on Bremner and Staples Mill Rd in Richmond, VA as I do regularly, I don't get acknowledged on a few occasions. Staff is conversational with some guests but not all. At times, the pharmacists ignore you and seem to have an attitude, when you walk up to the pharmacy counter. On the bright side, pharmacy technicians are polite and professional! I wish that would rub off on others. Please work on it because customers don't need to know that you're having a bad day.

Unfortunately I had to leave a star I went and was told I could call a number and then should be able to get my prescription from a store well I can not then I needed to make a separate account with the speciality pharmacy then have my dr. Write a new scrip for the special CVS Pharmacy. Customer services is abysmal in a pandemic where health care. Get escalated to a senior staff they were great pretty much did everything I needed and only had to set up an account with the specialty pharmacy the rest of it they took care of on their end which was great!

Poor Customer Service - I scheduled a COVID booster 2 weeks ago, arranged to take off work to get it, and CVS canceled three hours beforehand!!! So disappointed and will think twice about shopping there again.

On 11/26/21 I was suppose to go to the CVS in North Port to pick up Insulin. When I got there they said said they were out until Monday. I asked them to find another store because I was too low. They researched and found another store. I drove there only to find they only had a 30 day supply. I called back my original store to say please save me the other 60 days when it came in on Monday. I went down today to pick up. When I got home I found it was another insulin that I didn't need at the time and I called them and they said to comeback and return it and get the correct one. I went back and returned the wrong one and was waiting for the correct one when I was told my insurance was refusing it because I already picked up a 30 day supply. While I was discussing it with 2 people working there, that were very nice, a third person chimed in to our conversation rudely and said "go call and battle it out with your insurance company." I left the store immediately and came home and called my insurance company who told me the problem was with the pharmacy because they gave me a 30 day supply. The woman who chimed in was obviously in a very bad mood because I heard her yelling about something else when I was in the store earlier. This is not a way to treat your longtime customers. I am very frustrated because I am packing and moving and didn't have time for that or this. Thank you

CVS 1525 NORTH LOOP WEST #10301 HOUSTON TX I left Walgreens after many years to become a normal patron of this CVS in Houston. For many years it was great - fast service in the store and the pharmacy, including the drive-through. NOT ANY MORE. I don't know if they just can't hire decent staff any more or what but I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and finally gave up and went into the store. There were 5 people back in the pharmacy doing who-knows-what. I asked them if they were servicing the drive-through any more and they just stand there and look at you - literally. There was another woman in line who voiced the same opinion. I went to the front of the store to find the manager. There he was manning the cash register - and there was no more help on the floor - just him. Is it that you cannot hire any help, as in they won't apply to work there? Is it, they do not WANT to work here? What is it that has ruined your pharmacy? Everywhere we go it's the same: little to no help. If there IS any help they are either too ignorant to talk to people or they are burnt out or something. We may as well all just go to Amazon. Is that the goal? Just get rid of the public coming to your stores? I don't even know why I bother. If there IS a response it will just be some BOT or something. Phooey
