Tried to call pharmacy today. 27 minutes on hold, never answered. Wife tried later. 20 minutes, gave up. TERRIBLE service, unfriendly staff. Time to change pharmacies.

One star is not what I wanted to select but I had to at least give one in order to review. I’ve been using the CVS on Belle Lane/Thomas for years. I was always happy with their service. I recently moved and started using the CVS at Well Rd. I’ve never had such bad service in my life!!! Two months ago they lost my prescription. Last night they let me stand at drop off window(I was the only one in line) for 10 minutes before someone came over to tell me they weren’t accepting new prescription. They are three days behind! What? Three days? He said it would be next week before he could fill it! I’ve never heard of such!?!? I should have had enough when they lost my prescription but I gave them the benefit of the doubt! Never again!!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced!! So many things are just plain bad about this pharmacy. First of all I called to check on new prescriptions for my mom and I waited on hold for 1hr and 30 minutes before I finally hung up. This is suppose to be a 24 hr pharmacy and it’s closing at all different times. I was told by a tech that my mom’s diabetes med would be ready today at 2:30pm and when my brother got there to pick it up he was told it wouldn’t be ready till 3.30pm. That was at the CVS in Gas City IN. I can’t even tell you how many times I have called the Marion, IN CVS on 3rd street and you can never reach a person. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!! My mother has not checked her blood in 2 weeks because of all the back in forth with this pharmacy and getting her a new glucometer. I also ordered her diabetes med on the automated device via phone and only to find out the next day that it had been canceled, why??? No one in the pharmacy knows. I use Walgreens for my meds and I am now going to switch my mom’s meds to Walgreens too. CVS needs to get their crap together!!!!! Worst pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently purchased 2 Covid19 test kits at a price of $83.06. After it was announced that the federal government would be sending kits to consumers at no cost, I returned to the store 3 days later for a refund of the unopened boxes. Even though CVS return policy guarantees a refund within 60 days for non prescription purchases, I was refused a refund. Any business is a risk reward situation. CVS miscalculated the government response to the situation and is practicing POOR customer service/relations policy by passing the responsibilty for their mistake on to loyal customers like myself. Eating the cost of the covid test kit inventory is THEIR cost of doing business NOT the consumer's. I've shopped at CVS for over 20 years. I'm a loyal CVS customer. I will refrain from doing so ever again. Social media can be a powerful resource. Word of mouth is a powerful influence.

I love CVS and their excellent service and no longer have to put up with the runaround at a compound pharmacy in Sandy, UT called Jolleys. CVS is competent, has excellent follow-through and communication with me and I'm so thankful not to be involved with Jolley's in Sandy, UT anymore.

Waited in line 20 minutes at my local CVS (Zanesville Ohio Maysville Pike) to pickup a prescription that I got a text was ready only to find out the pharmacy was closed due to no pharmacist. This has become a regular thing at this store. A sign at the drive through would be a great idea so you don't waste your time sitting there. About time for me to find a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

in november 2021 i was visiting Jacksonville Florida. because I needed medication I was at CVS Blanding Blvd corner 103rd Street to the medication I bought a small massager, so far the purchase was in order. When I arrived at the hotel I wanted to use the device and found that it was defective. I wanted to return the device the next day or exchange it because there was no replacement device available. I wanted my money back, which I was denied. Only with a US ID card could I get the money I was entitled to I was told to get it back. Since I don't have a US ID card, I couldn't get my money back despite the store manager questioning. Very nice unhelpful staff never again CVS
