Got PCR test for travel. They said it would take 1-3 days for results. It has now been 4 days, we had to scramble to find another test ( at Meijer, excellent, results in 15 minutes). Unable to contact an actual person for assistance, only voicemail system. Run, don’t walk away from this incompetent pharmacy

Each time I shop at CVS 4418 Emerson Avenue Parkersburg, WV I am welcomed with a "welcome" greeting. Each employee offers assistance in locating items if needed. John is a friendly, upbeat employee who makes the trip enjoyable. He assists with Extra are Card usage at the register. As you leave, he wishes you a "good day" and encouraged you to come back soon. I drive out of my way to shop at this CVS!!

The store in Parrish Florida is always out of any type of prescription medication that is needed after a surgery. This is the 3rd time I Mrs. Harvey have tried only to be lied to about Ibuprofen 800mg. It's not like it's an oxyicodone or hydrocodone!!! Why or what the hell. If you were hurting from an incision you would want something to take the edge off but oh no it's to much for you to call other local CVS's to see if they may have it just so you can make your sells goal. This is not good customer service it's horrible.

Had a 80 dollar order.Chip reader not working right. Tried 4 times.Person behind counter said they were Not Allowed to put in by hand. "Sorry to bad can't help you" luckily I had a credit card. Bad business to not have a back up plan when your machine goes down.

I had the worst customer service experience in my life at the CVS at Snellville Centerville Hwy . I was cursed at, called a 'b****' and told 'f*** you' in front of my 4 young children and humiliated in front of all the customers in the store by employee Preston and manager Chris all because I asked Preston if he heard me since he didn't respond to me when I was speaking. I attempted to record the conversation but Chris and Preston said that they would call the police if we didn't leave 'HIS store'. Chris lowered his mask to yell to the extent that he was spraying saliva and refused to pull his mask back up when asked to put it back on politely. Preston approached me in a way that was very intimidating and made me feel fearful that he could be physically assault me and my children so I left the store. I am appalled that such rude and unprofessional individuals are representing CVS. As a mother, I would never imagine that I would be spoken to in such a manner. Just awful. My kids and I are still shaken up from this horrific experience. Update: I called CVS immediately after the incident to report what had happened but they have yet to get back to me 20 days later despite saying it will take 2 days to investigate. When I called to ask about why it was held up, they failed to provide a reason.

I have been a member of the CVS pharmacy at Highway 67 in Cedar Hill Texas since 2017. My experience has been consistently pleasant and rewarding. Indeed I get $5 reward coupons every few months to spend anywhere in the store that I choose. All of the staff members are so friendly and efficient. Dr. Batoul and Dr. Leen have recently come on board and have been as enjoyable to work with as Eva, Kiana and Dat, who transferred to other nearby locations. Emily has been my “go to” person for years. They all seem like family to me and I just can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Mrs.Dustin

One star because zero isn’t an option. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this issue has happened. This time I decided to try contacting CVS corporate support to see if anyone upstream cared to help. They did not. I called shortly after the location opened and spoke with a pharmacy employee who said my prescription was not ready yet and I could come pick it up after an hour. I waited two hours and went to the drive through to pick up my medication. I’m told that the location is out of stock, again, and that they would not be able to fill the medication for three more days. Nobody contacted me to tell me this, not that they ever do. I’m left to have to locate another location that is not out of stock and have my doctor send the refill request to the location with stock. The catch is - they refuse to tell you which locations have stock. They can see which locations have stock but will not tell you and if you call the other locations they will not tell you either. It was suggested that I drive to the locations and ask in person if they could fill the prescription in person prior to having the doctor send the refill request. I called my doctor to move the refill request all right - to H-E-B pharmacy where we never had this kind of ridiculous run around. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t value it.

I think CVS is scamming many people with Home Covid tests. I bought two in past month or so using the 40% coupon we get almost weekly that goes on our account/card. Today I went to pick up another to have (as the Govt supplied ones have a problem with our entire street saying duplicate orders). I told them I had a 40% coupon on my card, and they replied Home Test Kits no longer eligible for coupon discount due to insurance paying them (with receipt). There are three problems suggesting GREED and scamming many: 1) I did not see the notice about not being able to use the 40% discount when I received it by email today. 2) MORE importantly, let us assume that people with private insurance get reimbursed what they pay. In that case by supplying insurance the receipt it will not matter if total is $20.00 or $14.00, insurance will pay what the cost was. But, because CVS knows this, they want to maximize their profit by charging full prince and no longer making the 40% coupons valid for Home Test kits! The logic is that since insurance will re-reimburse customers, why not charge full price to everyone and null the discount coupon to maximize profit? People will be OK with it so you believe. 3) Even if private insurance reimburse people if they submit claim with receipt, the MEDICARE insured people CANNOT get reimbursed so they suffer more of the gouging than others! YOU ARE GOUGING PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY THOSE ON MEDICARE BY SUDDENLY CEASING TO ACCEPT THE 40% COUPONS YOU SEND THEM THAT USED TO BE ACCEPTABLE FOR HOME TEST KITS UNTIL REIMBURSEMENT RULE CAME OUT! You do not even make exceptions based on a person proving he is on Medicare and gets no reimbursement! I think it is deplorable and you have no justification to support the greedy action you took! I hope more people see what you are doing and start moving their business to Walgreens or other pharmacy if practical. You people should be ashamed! It is clearly a move to maximize profits of home test kits by trying to justify to customers that they get full refund by their insurance, but medicare customers DO NOT! IT IS GOUGING AT ITS WORST! In coming days I will spread this example of greed on other social media and review sites unless something is done.
