The computerized answering service is annoying, and the message is offensive!

The heavyset white lady at CVS at 20 S. Valley Rd, West Orange, NJ 07052, informed us that they give masks 3 pcs. per family. My husband corrected her that it is PER PERSON. She insisted that it's 3 per family and the way she explained it was rather in a negative way. Please let the staff at this CVS branch know that three free N95 masks are available per adult according to a White House official. We hope that this embarrassing incident does occur again, especially to valued customers of the store. Thank you.

The CVS in Benbrook, TX has instituted a policy that may be the worst example of customer service I have ever been part of. I waited in the drive through line on Feb. 20 for 20 minutes only to have the window shut in my face when it was my turn. A hand made sign was put in the window saying that as of Jan. 23 they now close from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch. But that is not on their website for posted hours. They literally left the pharmacy with customers waiting in line both inside at the counter and in the drive through lane. I'll be moving my business.

The CVS online service is the worst. The location of the store is never updated, I live in Florida and in NJ and have repeatedly notified CVS of my current location to no avail they still continue to refill prescriptions in the location that I am not in. I have requested that none of my prescriptions be on auto-refill, but they are auto-refilled anyway. I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING USING CVS RUN DON'T WALK AWAY.....

For the third time, I have to wait after calling to have my prescription filled. And it is not ready when I go to pick up. Why are CVS in this business, but more importantly why the f*#&, I still uses them. Guess I better change, because CVS isn't.

I have used the CVS on Chamblee Tucker rd. For a long time, but this last experience has solidified my decision to change Pharmacies. Usually you can expect to sit in the drive - thru an y where from 30 minutes. to an hour. So I decided to go inside to drop off my perscription. I had a spinal cord operation so after a certain amount of hours I'm in really bad pain. It was because of this CVS that my fill date keeps getting further and further away from my Dr. Appt. The perscription that I dropped off had a fill date of Feb. 1, 2022. I dropped it off, and expected to pick up 3 other meds. I called them and told then that one of the meds was scheduled to go back to stock. I wanted to pick it up with the other meds. So I dropped off my Percocet perscription on Feb 2, 2022. When I went to the register. They had put back the medication that they assured me they wouldn't do. ,and my blood pressure meds were in a basket and did I want to wait for it. I said no I would pick it up with my Percocet. Because they had to order my Percocet. I get a text from them that my Blood pressure meds are ready. So since I am going out on Tuesday Feb. 8, 2022 I go in to pick up my meds, They have my Percocet on hold. They have to order it AGAIN. Now I have been without my pain meds for a week now. And my Dr. Appt. Is on Feb. 24,2022. I will get my new Percocet perscription, but I now won't be able to fill it until March 10, 2022. Because of the incompetence of the Chamblee Tucker CVS who got a perscription dated for Feb.1,2022 but couldn't figure out how to fill it for 9 days. This will be the last perscription that this CVS will ever fill for me.

This woman is not competent in pharmaceuticals or customer care. My prescription for insulin was written by my Doctor whose handwriting is illegible or difficult to read. She refused to fill the script and told me to find another pharmacy or another Doctor if I wanted my medication. I switched to Walgreens where the pharmacist is actually a human being. Sincerely, Mr. Phil Worthington
