I want to be helpful. Your pharmacy's are always busy. One of your pharmacist is great. Celia Grant always goes out of her way to help customers and fellow workers. With the problem of getting meds that are on backlog; they don't have med in stock. Should be delivered today or tomorrow... Maybe in a week. Celia tries many things to help me get my med or she makes sure I know when it will be in stock. This is the CVS in Warren PA..... Also, Misty (don't have last name) works there too. Misty has gone out of her way to always help. Being as busy as all CVS's stores; CVS needs to make sure these two ladies are kept... Please....

CBS as a pharmacy and their pharmacists suck raw ass. These people act like are doctors and have absolute zero care about people other than walking wallets. They can’t even supply a persons medications on time and have not a care in the world when they don’t have them In stock amd their Only reply is to say “try back tomorrow”. They pull the doctor card when it suits them and when it doesn’t they say”oh well”… what a bunch of POS morons walking around in lab coats who seem like their only talent is being able to count. They should all be fired and CVS should lock their doors. I will never go back and will never have a single Good thing to say about them. Please, save yourself the aggravation and don’t even bother using them. They are a joke and truly a bunch of brain dead morons

CVS is just horrible. I went there twice to pick up my daughter’s prescription and both times were out of stock. The solution was to check back on Monday. Walgreens is so much better! Customer service is better, faster and friendlier.

Worst pharmacy ever. I dislike tremendously getting anything at CVS

CVS as a business is a joke. They can't follow directions nor be efficient enough to fill prescriptions - life sustaining prescriptions- on a timely basis. They can't communicate: they do not respond to messages or answer the phone. I have been waiting since March 6 for 2 new prescriptions to be filled. I have messaged this company 2 times. I still do not have my prescriptions. If my insurance would pay for somewhere else I would go there.

I've been going to the Winchester Kentucky CVS for years but lately every time I order my pain meds it takes days for them to get it. I've had the same prescription for years looks like they could plan a little ahead with some one who gets the same thing every month.

Let me tell you about my recent experience picking up my foot infection prescription at CVS. It was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the line was longer than the Mississippi River. I mean, how hard is it to have enough staff on hand to help customers in a timely manner? But that wasn't even the worst of it. When I finally made it to the front of the line, the pharmacist was about as helpful as a toothpick in a forest fire. I had a few questions about my prescription and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. The nerve! And to top it all off, the prescription wasn't even ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they fumbled around in the back, trying to figure out what was going on. It's like they didn't even care about my health or well-being.
