CVS 500 s 11st Lake Wales FL is a danger too one's Heath! Has taken it apon itself to re right your prescriptions! Same medication for 14 years with CVS and it not ever in stock my doctor sent the prescription in on the 9th and today is the 15th and still not in stock. I go though the same thing every mouth!!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever met and has told me many times to take my business elsewhere. We should join together and file a civil lawsuit against CVS!

Why does CVS have a drive-thru WHEN YOUR SITTING IN YOUR CAR WAITING FOR 30 DAMN MINUTES??? It should be for people to simply pull up to the window... get their presr.... PAY AND GO!!!!! NOT SITTING THERE WAITING FOR CVS TO "FILL" SOMEONES PRESCR.!!! IF ITS NOT READY TO BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP... THEN THEY SHOULD INSTRUCT THE CUSTOMER TO COME BACK LATER OR GO INSIDE!!!! THESE WAIT TIMES ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! 😡😡😡

One person working and 10 people on line which means 30 minutes on line. This is a very mismanaged pharmacy

Recently our insurance forced my wife and I, to go back to CVS. It is a nightmare, the reasons we left are still a problem. Poor customer service, never have the prescription ready, we constantly have to call and re-ask what the problem is, and we have to re-explain everytime. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and my wife has glaucoma. Sometimes my wife and I go days without our meds. Our other pharmacy would just automatically look for coupons when prescriptions were outrageous. On top of all of this, they are so unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife cries sometimes. I pray to God we get to go back to our other pharmacy.

Just wanted to leave an excellent review for Serena your pharmacist at store 10227 in Santa Fe, NM. She took extra time and care to help me with a care pass question. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Please pass on my compliments.

CVS pharmacy is a joke I was at the Pharmacy at 4:30 had diarear came out 5:05 could not get my wife medication , the male Pharmacist said he was closed and thats it. why do we even have a CVS in our area . they have no hart or customer carves at all

Arian Napoleon, the pharmacist at the Lake Bluff CVS, is just amazing. She can do the job of 3 pharmacists. She goes over & beyond & she's the best pharmacist I've come across in my 60 years.

CVS on 110th and Broadway I just came from the self check out. I am disabled walk with a cane with horrible eye sight. The fact that one of the employees had to help me with the self check out seemed to be an inconvenience for him. He helped but was absolutely rude about it. You should train your employees to be nice to everyone even with people who have invisible disabilities. Disgusting!
