The CVS on Woodward in Royal Oak Michigan did not answer the phone…. I had a question for the Pharmacist so I waited on hold for 32 minutes and hung up. I then called back and someone answered and I asked if she could just ask the Pharmacist a quick question for me so that I didn’t have to wait any longer and she said yes so she put me on hold and never came back. I don’t care how busy you are…. do NOT tell me that 45 minutes with no resolution is acceptable in any business! Absolutely Disgusting!!!

Cvs on brooks road lies, they would not finish my refill and swore to me that I could transfer from any pharmacy now there trying to say in the middle of my perscription that my dr is not good enough even tho I pay to see my dr and some medications you can’t just stop taking. So there I will have severe health problems because of this and don’t seem to care. This is wrong and CVS needs to train the people at that store how to have compassion, integrity and just plain decency! I will be contacting better business beurue they new this would be an issue and they intentionally put me in harms way which is completely unacceptable and I will be getting justice for this cruelty. You are responsible to train these pharmacist so that they have the correct info and not mislead people. I can’t see a new dr in the middle of the month when I got the perscription filled! I hope you review those two pharmacist who are treating people inhumane. According to the reviews they do it alot so I am not the only one. Your pharmacy has a 2 please fix this

Can't get a hold of pharmacist, went to pick up meds made to wait 1 1/2 hrs, then only get 1 of 4 meds that were stated ready on cvs app, have to make another trip to pick up meds I should have had last time. Pharmacist has no time to consult on meds. Told they would ship meds, but told i have to pick up.Horrible service. Nightmare!

Unprofessional. Do not answer telephones; Constantly changes brand only no substitute prescriptions

I entered my new debit card on CVS.com because the old one was about to expire. Then I try to pay for a prescription to be delivered on CVS.com as I have for years and it says to call the store. I called the store and they have NO payment methods attached to my account. I then call corporate and they tell me the card has to be 'linked' to pay for anything at the store because 'their computer systems don't talk to each other'. Really? What kind of ridiculousness is this? I called the pharmacy back telling them my card is 'linked' yet they have no record still and suggest to 'let the computers catch up'. WHAT? I call corporate again and am told it's all OK, and the rep calls the pharmacy for me on a 3-way call. After holding for 45 minutes with no one at the pharmacy answering, I said goodbye. CVS stinks! Wasted half my day on nonsense CVS created. Finding a new pharmacy even if I have to pay more.

Never in my life have I had this type of inconsistency within a pharmacy. They are very incompetent in every aspect. You must call at least 10 times before you’ll get someone on the line that has common sense enough to run the rx once again and it goes through; but by that time you’re at least a month ; month in half late from taking your medicine that your suppose to take once every other week. Which in turn you now need to take a beginning dose and start from the beginning. There just a terrible company that needs to be shut down for the well being of the patients.

I order online to be shipped and delivered to a home bond lady, The order was dropped off at a UPS drop off store, No email or text was sent, for 3 day I tried calling to find out where the order was, CVS didn’t know, UPS told me where the order was… VERY disappointed with CVS
