Waiting for an hour for my meds and I’m not the only one

CVS is the only pharmacy chain that appears to have coverage in Massachusetts for nebulizers however for some really stupid reason they've decided not to carry nebulizers even though they're the only ones who have the approval to actually sell them with health insurance coverage. I have talked to quite a few stores trying to find one - I guess if they still have one on the shelf In the pharmacy I can get it with the insurance coverage according to people from CVS who talked to me... But they have no way of checking which store has anything in stock or telling me anything at all about how I can get my prescription for a nebulizer filled. I was told it was a corporate policy change by several different employees in several different CVSs. Just disgusting That's all I can say

CVS is the worst Pharmacy I been waiting 3days for my RX and when you call no one ever answer the phone. I was on hold for 30mins until I finally hung up. The Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they really need to do a better job. The Manager of the store should be fired she has no business working in customer services. I couldn't imagine having to work under such a rude lady. I would give this location a zero Star if I could. I am going to try and reach my provider today and have them write me a new RX and have it transferred to another Pharmacy. I will no longer deal with CVS for any business.

CVS makes sure that you have the most trouble getting the medications that you need.

How can a pharmacy chain run out of AMOXICILLAN in 4 stores in one area (Destin/MiramarBeach)? This is a constant battle in the Destin area! WHY CAN'T THEY KEEP STOCK? Recently, they ran out of Colonoscopy prep and could not get in over a week! GET IT TOGETHER, CVS!

The CVS location on Clague Road in North Olmsted, Ohio has no patience for customers. 1. If you dare go to check out and don’t have your CVS card ready or worse…..ask them to look it up for you…their morning employees will get very upset with you. 2. The Pharmacy has no patience for the elderly. They will stand behind the counter and yell if someone is hard of hearing. They will tap and bang on the counters to get a customer’s attention. I have brought my concerns up to the store managers attention regarding these issues and they go in one ear and right out of the other. The manager can’t even stop stocking shelves to look at you while you are talking. One day…..they will all be elderly too. We will see how they like karma.

Worse pharmacy in the US. Unfortunately because of the healthy insurance I have to get my medication from them but I hope and pray they close for good and that wouldn't be soon enough. Rude and incompetent people. Only pharmacy in the US that closes 2 hours for lunch and closes at 6pm. Not even in a third world country.

CVS corporation has awful customer service. Everytime I need to speak with the pharmacist, I am on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes listening to the automated instructions, when I say i want to speak to the pharmacist I am either told to hang up or sent back through the phone tree. This is the worst customer service ever. I am totally satisfied with my pharmacist but CVS will not allow me to speak with her.
