Get your act together. Your phone ordering system is a complete waste of my time. I have a prescription in hand, call your store and go through 10 minutes of sele tions only to be told I have to contact my physician, who already gave me the prescription and called the store.

CVS removes sales tags and extrabucks tags from products early morning on Saturdays, even though sales end at midnight Saturday.. there are usually no sales flyers left to review either. This is a vast disservice to customers shopping the last day of the sales. The cashiers are unable to tell you until everything is rung up and the scanners often do not work.

I have been prescribed by my doctor tramadol for the last few months they have been letting me pay out of pocket for the prescription however yesterday they refused to let me pay for it stating they needed the prior authorization from my insurance before they can fill it, today I can't get out of bed because my pain is unreal this makes me feel that the pharmacist at CVS has control over my life and quality of life which I feel they have no right to do especially since my doctor wants me on this medication for a reason, I'm fighting to get the prior authorization approved, once that happens I will be going to another pharmacy

So there's a girl name Jessica working at the cvs in flatwoods/Russell who had said she "takes photos of everything she does"..hippa violation...yep

This review/complaint is for the store located at: 234 Nj State Highway, 234 US-202 #31, Flemington, NJ 08822On Monday, May 22, I came into store to pick up medication which had been prescribed after a diagnosis of a postoperative complication. I needed the medication. I walked up to the pharmacy at 7:04pm. The staff behind the screens told me the pharmacy was closed. I explained I needed to pick up a medication. They told me that would not be possible as they were closed. Please understand, this conversation was had with employees in the pharmacy. I explained I needed this med and they were completely unconcerned and clearly didn't give one hoot in hell that I needed the drug (a steroid). Yet I am sure they are wrapped in the sanctimonious scarf of "healthcare hero workers". Hahaha

I would like to compliment Judy at the CVS pharmacy on 39th St, Independence Mo. She goes beyond what's expected of a pharmacy tech! She is so very helpful, knowledgeable & kind. What an asset she is to CVS.

CVS IS THE WORST CORPORATION EVER. Yea we know all corporations treat their employees like animals but CVS besides treating their employees like animals they also treat COSTUMERS like animals. I’ve been to a lot of CVS and in all of them there is always a racist person, in North Lamar Austin Texas not only a cashier is racist but the STORE manager is racist she doesn’t even hire black people, she openly says that.

VERY DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
