Worst pharmacy ever - never will deal with the again they suck totally

This is for the pharmacy only . The 24hr pharmacy on Centreville rd in manassas va. They run out of medication and don't call or text. Keep you on hold for 25 minutes or longer. No one can answer a question in the 25 minute wait time? Get rude when you ask a question. I totally understand that they are working on medication (don't want that messed up) but someone pleasant can answer questions. Like how much is a medication. Put the price in the text so people don't have to call and bother you. Please someone take this seriously. It's not a good experience when someone really needs answers and medication.

There is always something good to find in the midst of any frustration. There has been a shortage of many medications recently. Since the shortage, I’ve had to speak with my local pharmacists so they could help me locate medications and/or come up with a plan. In doing so I came across Adam. He is one of the pharmacists at CVS on mineral spring avenue in North Providence. What a patient, caring, and simply a delight to be in the presence of. I was so comfortable speaking with him and he was so helpful to me. While spending some time speaking with him I was so surprised to see how many people go to the pharmacy and get angry and lash out at the pharmacist because their prescription is out of stock. The pharmacist doesn’t have control over what medications are in stock or when insurance covers a specific medication. I felt really bad As I was given a little insight into what a pharmacists day is like. Pharmacists have a lot of different responsibilities and they should not be yelled at and threatened for what is out of their control. Nobody would Like to be treated like that while At work but I must say Adam still is kind despite how anyone else Acts. Every time I speak to him he makes me smile and I’m reminded on how Important it is to be kind. I pray we remember to be kind and treat people the way we would like to be treated. Cannot make appointment minute clinic online. The website is stuck in visit criteria.

CVS # 00942 at 542 Providence Rd in Brooklyn CT has a lady by the name of Shannon that is very rude and unprofessional.  She talks about her customers to other customers and I have seen her in there a few times drunk or on drugs and to top it off she can't even drive her own vehicle because she has a breathalyzer in it and she knows that she will not be able to start her car.  She isn't someone that I would want to work in my pharmacy.  I was told she was a manager but then I was told she just works there.   I have heard other people complain about her as well  This has happened several dates not just that one

This is directed towards the pharmacy, not the store (which as fine). I didn’t possibly think CVS Pharmacy could get worse, but you beat your record. This is the second month they ran out of my medication!!!!!! What kind of pharmacy does that? What is wrong with you? And this month, you are still picking the beans after SEVEN DAYS of me ordering them. And yes, I have refills. So I have been without TWO medications for the past 2 days. That’s dangerous!!!!! You are playing with people’s lives. If you need medication or medical advice & are at 800 Lexington St, you are better off going into Staples & ask for directions to a different pharmacist.

I tried for the best part of an hour to speak to pharmacists on the phone, to arrange a pickup for tomorrow( not the first time), however their system just continued to play their music. I will be changing to Wallgreens.
