Would not recommend or buy again. Has no communication. Was trying to cancel the order for over a week when they do finally respond it’s on the day the order is being mailed out

My sister and her husband absolutely love their keychain of their precious Kaiser. He was such a loving dog, who was very fear reactive. They tried their best to get as much much help for him as they could, but it wasn’t enough. He would take 10 steps forward, then 20 steps back. It was rough roller coaster for everyone. They had to let him go over the rainbow bridge June 24 and it was the hardest thing they had to do. This was my gift to them, as I loved Kaiser as much as they did.

horrible horrible, I just had a feeling I was being scamed with the lack of communication, they brushed me off. processing takes 5-10 days SO THEY CLAIM ! NOTTTTT its been over 20 days and I still have no shipping number, no conformation email, NOTHING!!! im calling my bank and filing fraud ! STAY AWAY!!
