Took over 2 months to arrived received no response when I emailed them.

the peep hole is too small, none of us could see it as advertised. what we could see was only a partial image, which was very disappointing because it was a memorial gift which my boyfriend was VERY excited for. this was a major let-down, and i do not recommend this to anyone. this could have been $5 and still felt like a rip off. nothing close to the advertised effect.

I think it is a little ridiculous how many marketing emails are sent out to me after I place my order, but before I even not only receive my order, but before I even get the review email! I have probably gotten 9 marketing emails since I placed my order, but no communications on what I actually purchased. I ordered 8 days ago, and no one has reached out for me to review.

Order was super late. I ordered it on january 2, and it still has not been shipped as of january 21. I emailed one the 18th asking for an update and no response. I dont even know why im giving this 2 stars.

I ordered this product on Nov. 27th hoping for xmas since they said a 5-10 day processing time and then 3-5 day shipping. After 3 weeks the product still hadn't been processed, so I tried to cancel. I was told I couldn't after 24 hours and if I did there would be a 45% restocking fee. I decided to wait. Shipping did their part and was within the 3-5 day term, finally receiving on 12/30. Upon opening, very disappointed with the product. It did look like the picture I sent, so that was nice, but it was smaller than a quarter and flimsy. For the amount of money spent on a sterling silver product, it definitely was not worth it. I wouldn't buy from here again. Unfortunately, because the concept is great.

I ordered on 11/30 and still haven't heard anything. Trying to give this as a Christmas present, so let me know when it will be shipped.

Way overpriced, and way smaller than what you are led to believe you are getting. The size is more like a charm for a bracelet. Workmanship is fine, but otherwise I'm disappointed. Will not order from this company again. From the pictures they post, this product is very misleading.
