BOUGHT FOR MY PRECIOUS DOG I HAD TO LEAVE FOR ANOTHER OWNERS CARE ONLY TO BE SCAMMED.THIS REVIEW IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF RECTIFIED AS I RECEIVED A PLEASANT REPLY FROM THE COMPANY . THIS REVIEW MAY BE REVERSED IF RECEIVED SOON

Horrible company, I ordered these as Christmas gifts because our puppy recently passed away. They said processing would take 3-7 days, I ordered 23 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped out. I keep getting emails from Laila and Lare brushing me off, now saying processing is 20 days and it won’t be shipped this week. So I definitely won’t get these in time for Christmas. I believe they really don’t ship from US, but from China, which is false advertising. This company is unprofessional and very unreliable, it’s almost a month now and I still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my order. Do not buy from them!!!!!!

Very slow delivery which I attribute to the pandemic although this may have come from China. The image on the necklace of my dear departed dog was awful. She was black which may have been a problem. But they should have asked for a different photo!! They refuse to do a remake or give a refund.

Product was fine and delivered timely. The only downside is the CONSTANT emails from this company.

They wrote the instructions to them in the description and are saying this Is not a problem. “ please cut out arms And child” is not something one prints in the back. The company is not detailed and doesn’t care about customers. No guarantee on what you will get. Worth money to get one on Etsy instead!

I ordered a pendant for my best friend. The image was horrible and very dark along the bottom. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told that the product was fine and that the problem was with the bottom of the image being too dark. Their terms and conditions clearly state that they will ask for a different image if the photo is a problem. I never received anything form them to that effect, and they will not even try to fix the problem. I keep getting a canned response from them from someone named Laila. There is no phone number and no further response. I am totally disappointed and will never order from this company again. It is very suspicious to me when a company won't even provide a customer service number or a manager to talk to.

Ordered from here, took over 4 weeks to arrive. When I did enquire about the status of my order, customer service were quick to reply with an answer. Ships from China rather than the US, and was suprised to have to pay a £13 customs fee to recieve my parcel after it was shipped. However, when it did actually arrive, I was very pleasantly surprised and the keychain is adorable. Very mixed feelings!

I had a necklace made and the detail was amazing! It was made and shipped exactly in the time frame posted on the website.
