Great company! I got a keychain made from a pic of my late fur baby—it looks just like the pic! The price was great and delivery was on time.

I ordered and was not happy with the first one I got. Custom Pet Gifts reached out to me and corrected their mistake. I’m extremely happy with the replacement.

SCAM! I ordered two necklaces almost a month ago. When I was first placing the order, “Laila” was in touch to get my credit card information. After that, I have not been able to reach them. There is no update on my order and no reply to any of my emails. I will be contacting my bank for fraud alert. Such a sad sad state of affairs. People getting personalized products are obviously doing this because the pet is close to their heart. I was looking forward to honoring my beloved dog who passed. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE UNETHICAL SCAMMERS!

I ordered this for my best friend who recently lost her 12 year old pup. I didn't have a GREAT picture of her, but the keychain turned out absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to give it to her. This is the second I've ordered for a friend and it won't be the last as long as they keep looking this great.
