Do NOT use this Fraudulent Company.Turn's out I have now the most expensive 'Key Rings' in the WORLD!!! Not only did I pay $40 Dollars, I then had to pay £11.26 Customs, which I was NOT made aware of, or I wouldn't have run a mile. The quality of these Key Rings is a joke!!! Do Not Waste Your Money on This Fraudulent Company.

Screwed up my order. Promised a replacement. That was a month ago. We’re having a ridiculous back and forth via FB messenger (the only place I can get a response). They only respond every three days or so with something vague. I don’t think my replacement order has even been started yet. No phone number to call.

Do NOT purchase from this company. Awful customer service that doesn’t respond to emails or messages. Told me my order was lost and that’s why it hasn’t shipped out yet. Emailed them that I want a full refund after I still hadn’t heard from them in days and received no response. I wish I could give them negative stars. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company.

Do not waste your time with this company. Its been two weeks and i have sent so many emails and pms on instagram asking the status of my product and no one answers. Terrible customer service

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is horrible. No one ever responds to messages or emails. Never received a confirmation email or text but they made sure to take my money quickly. Do not buy from this website!!!

Haven't received my order after a month. They say that they produce the items and ship them from USA. After I placed my order they provided me a YANWEN tracking code. It's a chinese courier. Website descriptions are fake, they don't ship from USA. EDIT: After 40 days I received my order, it's perfectly manufactured but still, they don't ship from USA like they say they do.
