I ordered a personalized cookie platter…
I ordered a personalized cookie platter for my niece. It arrived yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. The cookie recipe on the platter is exactly like the photo I provided. I ordered it for my niece who will be visiting me for Christmas. I am ordering another for her sister and sending it to Virginia . I’m sure they will be thrilled to fill them with cookies. This is a perfect family keepsake gift. I highly recommend it.

Looks beautiful but a little disappointed
When the item was received, 2 of the corners of the frame were chipped. And it would have been nice if the scary movie magnet on the frame had a knife like it does in the ornament I received
Response from CustomfamOct 25, 2024
Hi Keith, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues with your frame. I’m so sorry to hear that two corners were chipped upon arrival—that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Regarding the scary movie magnet, I appreciate your feedback about the design! It’s great to hear your thoughts on adding a knife like in the ornament. We’d love to make this right for you. We’ll find a solution that works for you! Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this! Best, CustomFam
