We had a problem with our delivery and Curtarra Customer service (George) was extremely helpful! I will definitely be recommending Curtarra to friends due to the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide

We ordered a Jason Custom Motorized Curtain Track. It took a while to get. Once it arrived, we realized way. It came directly from China. It arrived in terrible shape. Once we installed the track and was ready to mount the motor, we noticed that it wouldn't charge. Sure enough, the motor was not working. I tried to call the service number and left a message. I then chatted with their online customer support. No support at all. All that I got was that they will notify the vendor. The funny thing is they have a video of how to install the product and it shows how the product is packed and shipped. It was nowhere near how ours was received. This thing is not cheap. It was almost $600.00.

The custom-made curtains were made precisely as requested. They look great!.

If I could return these curtains I would. I ordered the flat panel header so the curtain rod would be hidden. I have no confidence that the tabs will last. They are like shredded ribbon and get stuck on the rods every time I open or close the curtains. If I hadn't spent so much money on them, I would just donate them and find different curtains. Aside from that I like the quality of the fabric. UPDATE: Curtarra contacted me stating they were sorry I wasn't happy with the quality of the header and would replace them. I reordered them with the grommet top and paid the difference in price. I'm pleased with the outcome and would recommend Curtarra.

Curtarra has one of the best customer services. They were very patient in answering all my questions as I was initially apprehensive ordering online. No more! The curtains arrived on time, they look amazing. Curtarra (George), made a tiny error and they were immediately willing to redo the entire order or give me a discount. I will definitely order from them again without hesitation.

George was very responsive to all my questions and worked with me when I ordered fabric that was no longer in stock. He worked to get me a similar substitute, understanding what my needs were. The curtains arrived sooner than expected and were accurately sized and of high quality. They definitely upgraded the look and feel of our living room and dining room. A+ Curtarra!!

I've ordered the same custom curtain from Curtarra the last four times, for various windows throughout my home. And the quality workmanship and speed of delivery never ceases to amaze me. And the pricing is very reasonable as well. I will continue ordering my custom curtains from Curtarra for the foreseeable future. Keep up the great work!

Despite the fact that the company gave great directions about measuring, I was still concerned that the curtains would arrive either longer, shorter, wider, etc.LOL I am so pleased to say that they are absolutely perfect. The white linen gives a dressy feel to our new home. We needed privacy from next-door neighbors and these are able to let light in and no one can see through them. They are not lined, but extremely well-made with weights at the corners of the blinds to allow them to drape and stay in place. I have a friend who spent nearly $3000 on drapes through a designer, the same color and fabric yet I would never be able to tell that these are not designer made. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and adding a touch of class to our home.
