I've never ordered custom curtains before, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how the curtains turned out! The curtains are very high quality and look great. The customer service was also very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend ordering from Curtarra!

She patiently worked with me and helped me to select the right size and make sure shipment could arrive as early as possible. I really liked the curtains that I ordered. The curtains we received were of great quality, accurate sizing, excellent customer service anytime, so easy to purchase and deal with like the Amazon of curtains! Also, added bonus for the pinch pleat they give you adjustable pins instead the metal ones that keep coming off. I had to return wands that I had no use for, and the service was extraordinary. They refunded the full money and I could donate the wands! Hard to find customer service like this. This is how it should be. So if you are unsure and on the fence about purchasing from Curtarra, just do it and feel relieved.

I've never purchased custom curtains before. Instead, I've always settled for whatever was available through traditional retailers. I have a large sliding glass door with high ceilings, so I was looking for something special that would also be blackout. I hesitated to take the risk because they were expensive and custom but it looked like Curtarra knew what they were doing. Although it took several weeks for them to arrive, they exceeded my expectations. The quality, the detail, the little finishes like the gold buttons and satin ribbon for the pullback. I would have never expected that kind of detail. If I had more places to add curtains, I would The rest of my house has plantations shutters, and I'm actually considering replacing the first floor shutters with custom curtains.

The curtains are nice but the tracks are a real issue. I got ceiling mounted tracks and one motorized blackout drapery. The curtains are all ripple fold with a snap (hard to actually snap)! The first issue was that the manual ceiling tracks did not come with enough carriers. I had to reach out to CS and the offered to send me some. Then I went to install the motorized drapery but the carriers on the motorized drapery do not work with a ripple fold. The motorized track is custom and can not be returned !! Even though when I order them WITH a ripple fold curtain they can only accommodate pleated curtains. I can not return or used the drapery I order. So they sent me a manual track. Not sure if this makes sense but the ordering options for track in my case don't match the executions and I'm stuck with manual drapery and a motorized track I paid for and can not use.

I am very pleased with the quality and customer service of this brand. Purchased curtains here over a year ago that I loved and were perfectly custom made for our space. The curtains did have some wear from sun exposure, and when reaching out to Curtarra on this they immediately worked with me to resolve and put a replacement order through for curtains which would not have this issue, and they have since retired the specific curtains we hade the issue with.
