Curology has been very helpful for me! I have had really bad skin since age 12 and now at 21, I have pretty decent skin. It isn't as great as I wanted it to be (I still have tons of blackheads on my nose and chin). But the treatment has been great for my sensitive skin to keep it hydrated, even my skin tone, give it great texture, and get rid of constant acne. Solid 8/10, I have recommended this to all my friends who have dry skin and acne problems.

My skin hasn’t magically gotten 100% better but it has greatly improved. I love that we send in a bio and updates and get a custom formula. Also, there was an error with my last shipment but it was corrected fast and easily which I really appreciated. I have recommended Curology already and will continue to do so.

I love Curology, I began using it before and during college. I stopped using it because of my wallets. Now my face is scarring back up again so I'm highly aggravated. I just wish the consultation + medicine wasn't so expensive. Time for me to try and make my own herbal medicine. Hope it works.=

I’m honestly surprised to see the negative reviews. With that being said, I’ve struggled with cystic acne for years, trying all kinds of OTC products to no avail. Since starting Curology about a year ago, I’ve literally been clear of cystic acne since (with the occasional minor flare up when I completely stop treatment). I actually only use the medication about 3 times a week. I’ve found that to be a healthy medium since I’m not a fan of using chemicals to fix a superficial issue. Also, using it every night definitely dries out my skin. I went from walking around with anywhere from 2-5 cystic acne lumps, daily, to having almost entirely clear skin regularly. I wish I had discovered it much sooner because of the minor scarring I have now from popping those nasty bumps. One more important thing to mention: when you sign up, be very precise and thorough when describing your skin situation. That means you need to have some kind of insight into what’s potentially causing your acne or what activities typically causes more serious flare ups Etc etc. The more you help the doctor formulating your plan, the more you’re helping yourself.

I gave Curology 3 stars because *most* of the time the product worked for me. I still had occasional break outs, but far less often. My provider was great, always answered rapidly and changed my formula if requested. I recently received a package with a broken pump, and what poor timing it was - 3 weeks before my birthday! This was my first time contacting the customer service department. I uploaded a video of myself repeatedly trying to get the pump to work as proof it was in fact broken. I even offered to send it back! I simply requested that another formula be sent right away so my skin wasn’t without the medication for too long. After a week of no response, I sent another email. As a paying customer for well over a year I was disappointed. Another week passes by still with no replacement formula in my mailbox. There is no phone number to contact, but in the age of social media being at ALL of our fingertips, I didn’t mind communicating via email, their Facebook, whatever! A few [frustrated] emails later and I finally got my replacement - but at that point my skin was a mess. For 18 months I paid over a dollar a day for clear skin, and the one day a year I wanted clear skin the most (my birthday) I was left without product OR communication. Curology is expensive, and to offer this service with minimal customer service is unacceptable. I investigated alternatives and discovered Rory, Apostrophe, and other subscriptions that offer similar services. I reluctantly cancelled my Curology subscription and plan to start with another company with similar product and better customer service skills.

It works! in just two weeks I have not gotten a single pimple and I would usually get 1-3 pimples every other day. This stuff really works

I love how convenient & affordable curology is. I have sensitive, combo skin with adult acne & keratosis pilaris & all my problems have improved drastically. I still have a problem with dry patches on my cheeks but I avoid putting the medicated cream there & its still better than it was before. I wasn't sold when I decided to try the trial kit but I was desperate & I'm really glad I tried it. I've been using curology for a couple of months and I recommended it to a friend.

About a year ago I had very cystic acne, some pimples would get 2-3 whiteheads just on one, to say my face was in constant pain would be an understatement. I tried the free trial for curology recommended by a friend and I absolutely loved it. I ended up not using the actual medicated lotion for very long bc I felt sometimes it was a little too harsh for my super sensitive skin, but the actual cleanser and moisturizer were enough to improve my skin. I somehow ended up being able to keep my skin clear after running out of the product and didn’t order it again, however I just reordered a big box because my acne has come back the same way, I tried to use the cetaphil foaming cleanser recommended by my dermatologist and it absolutely RUINED my skin. I’m confused to see so many recent bad reviews of curology and look forward to retrying, will keep updating on if it works this time around. Also, amazing customer service. I love the fact they ask you so many person skin questions along with attaching photos so they can better serve you. I’ll also add on, if you don’t have acne, don’t try curology. A lot of people are upset because they never had acne before and after trying it they did, they wanted to cure wrinkles or dark spots. Curology is meant for acne prone skin, but also can help with other effects WHILE battling acne. The companies main focus is acne, but have adapted to be able to add in other concerns (as listed on websites) If you don’t have acne, it’s not meant for you, other products are great to focus on wrinkles or dark spots. 👍🏼
