Stassie did great informing me of their procedures for billing when I came to ask for a refund due to an unexpected charge. She refunded me the amount and was very professional.

Customer service was awesome
Customer service was awesome. I had two issues with the post office not being able to deliver my package and customer support responded so quickly to help me reship my package. I really appreciate the ease that I felt dealing with what was a frustrating situation.

Excellent products and customer service
Been using curology for 5+ years now and it has rescued my skin from terrible acne in the beginning and maintained clear skin since then. Recently received a bottle with a broken pump and reached out; was promptly shipped a replacement and received statement credit for shipping the broken pump bottle back. Excellent and prompt customer service, and excellent products that have been working for me for many years now.
