It upsets me that there are so many negative reviews for a service that I love and that has truly changed my life. I've been dealing with acne and other skin issues for the past 15 years and nothing has been more convenient or works quite as well as Curology. The service itself is a bit pricey but much cheaper than going to a dermatologist. The ease of access to medical professionals to help adjust your formula for your ointment or to answer your questions is unparalleled. Normally you'd have to go see a general practitioner or family doctor to get a referral to a dermatologist and then setting up an appointment with a derm could take a long time. Curology's direct to consumer focus makes it well worth it for someone like me who has a busy life. What I especially appreciate is the community that Curology has built on their platform where you can track your progress and share it with other users. It helps me feel not so alone in dealing with my own skin issues. Is this a miracle cure which will magically get rid of all your acne and scarring? No. However, over the course of the year that I've used Curology, I've seen a massive improvement in the evenness of skin tone, a reduction in breakouts, and reduction in my acne scarring. Best of all, I never had to go see a dermatologist and pick up my prescriptions from a pharmacy. Dealing with acne is very personal to me. I had a tough time with my confidence when I was a kid and as an adult in my mid-20s who still deals with acne. Anyone who has acne, knows how debilitating it can be and how it makes you want to hide from the world. My skin isn't perfect but I've noticed a MASSIVE difference and it really is all thanks to Curology's product and service.

NOPE. I never had a problem with breakouts before. My concerns were wrinkles, fine lines, anti-aging. However, my formula came with acne fighting medication. After about a week I steered breaking out badly around my eyebrows (yes, weird), and across my chin. I consulted my Curology “provider”. She mentioned there can be a “purging” of the skin at first. I was skeptical because the products I had been using up until now are all irritant and acne-prone free (Rodan + Fields). But I stuck with it. The breakouts didn’t go away.... at all. After about 6 weeks I called it quits. My chin was undesirably red with pimples and dry skin, and my forehead looked like a train wreck. I went from never having an acne problem to having a FULL BLOWN acne problem. I am now using Rodan + Fields Unblemish regimen to try to undue this damage. I will say, I have been using R+F as a happy customer for 5 years. Never had any issues, I LOVE their products. But I kept seeing the Curology ads and decided to try it for $6. Bad mistake. Prescriptions are NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER. Stick to the proven formulas that have been clinically tested. Not this mis-mash guessing cocktail of ingredients these “providers” put together based on one quiz you fill out.

So I wanted to tryout Curology because I had dark spots so I needed something for that only. I have used the product for maybe 2 days now and I have burns all over my face. I never had acne before and now I have it everywhere. This product is the wosrt thing I've ever used in my life. My face is completely ruined and I don't even want to step foot outside. Do not buy this!!!!

I have only had this for a week and I can already feel a difference in my skin. The texture of my skin is smooth and the acne spots I had are slowly fading. Been looking for a good moisturizer for a while and this suits my skin great. Doesn't leave my skin too dry or oily.

I have been using curology since 2018. This past month was the first time I experienced a hiccup in my bi-monthly package being delivered. Curology sent me another package. I finally received the original a week and a half late at USPS’ fault. I feel so bad that Curology was nice enough to send a free replacement and then I ended up finally receiving the original, so this is my way of hopefully making up that expense!! I have had a wonderful experience with Curology! My skin has improved visibly and significantly, I can’t imagine not using it at this point. I also really appreciate the consultants - they recommend products outside the Curology line, and often cheap and easily accessible products. To me that says they are truly working towards bettering your skin and not just profiting! I still have the occasional small break out but it is always around my menstrual cycle, something I’ve just accepted. Other than that Curology has been so great for my skin personally. Side note- my skin type is very dry and I used to get massive cystic underground pimples that warped the shape of my skull. Those are no longer since curology.

So far I've been on curology about 5 weeks, and it's been great. Only thing I was nervous about was if it would last the full month bc so many ppl say it's not enough...but mine is still going! It might last another week even!. I use a big pea size amount of the cleanser, one pump of the medicine, and regular pea size for moisturizer ( unless if I add extra during the day too). And I already got my next shipment. So I guess those who are complaining are ppl who have to use more pumps of everything and might have more severe acne than me. But a little goes a long way for my face. Thanks curology

Like others, I had a horrible breakout after a week. My skin wasn’t that bad but I thought I’d try this because I had heard positive reviews of curology. But, this product wasn’t for me. I haven’t had breakouts of white heads like this ever in my whole life. I am 33 and have acne all over my face. Small little whitehead everywhere, going down my neck, on my cheeks on my forehead. I’m embarrassed to go out without makeup. I didn’t even have pimples before curology, just enlarged pores. I am so ashamed that I was scammed into trying this.

I’ve been using this product for over 3 months (roughly) and it did a fairly decent job with my skin. That is something I don’t have a problem with. It’s the customer service and issues with billing/payment. My last curology package I had decided to also purchase the acne body wash. I was not pleased with the body wash at all and made sure to go back and take it off of my package details WELL before the next package was even considered to be shipped again. Shortly after, I started to lessen my desire to continue with curology and thought I had canceled my Subscription, especially after COVID got worse because money has become extremely tight. Well, ultimately, I ended up getting billed $58 last night. I take responsibility for assuming I had unsubscribed in time BUT I know for an absolute fact that I removed the acne body wash and am now stuck with additional charges. I have been trying to contact support for over 24 hours now and while waiting have recently received a message stating that the shipment was officially shipped. Based on the websites return policy I am no longer in a position to return it (which, to an extent, I understand) but contacted them well before they shipped it (actually as soon as I got charged I tried contacting) and had not received any responses as of yet. It doesn’t help that there is no number to call so I’m being put in a position where I must wait and may have to deal with charges for a service I no longer wanted nor needed. This experience alone makes me not want to ever purchase from them again but I cannot disregard that the product itself is worth trying if you really need something for your skin. That, alone, is what makes this so frustrating. The fact the product does work but the customer service is far below that. I hope that they can fix that in the future, very disappointed.
