Small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to handle the projects I have to do. Great customer service as well.

Got one it didn't work. They sent a replacement, used it twice and it also quit working.

I am mid-issue at the moment, but whether or not it gets resolved, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Franca who has been on the comms with me for the past few hours. She could not be more personable, helpful and accommodating. Honestly. Franca has gone above and beyond with extremely prompt replies, tips and suggestions and general phenomenal customer service. And so: massive props on *that* hire. Pay rise DEFINITELY warranted! Thank you so much!

My letter to Taylor, customer service representative: I received my Customizer that you graciously sent me to replace my broken one, which was already out of warranty, just to insure that l was satisfied. And my experience with your customer service, l must say, was more than satisfying — it was incredible. l couldn’t believe that l was actually having a pleasant and stress-free interaction with a customer service representative. You deserve 5 stars.
