One of the most crooked organizations in the fitness industry. First, they lure you in with their low ball price, but more than make it up in their annual enrollment fee. Then, they encouraged us to join their partners program (business) with the sales pitch that your add or logo will show up on their TVs in all of their gyms which it took 3 months of going 4x a week for an hour to finally see our ad show up even once. Then, they promised business events, not one were we invited to nor did we see any promoted! Next, we decided to cancel the business plan and to put us back on the discounted founders plan and you guessed it... they refused and instead enrolled us again personally but at a higher rate plan. And, you know what, they charged us again for the annual enrollment fee... same year, with a higher fee. We attempted to cancel 3 x, not once, did they get that right. Even went in, wrote an email and nothing. They continued billing our checking account. So, i went in and some rude and fatter dude was able to get me cancelled (not refunded) cancelled and kicked me out even though my fees were paid, but he did not cancel my wife. So, they billed for my wife who has not been to their facility in 3 months and we are at this again. Now, did I mention that corporate has NO phone number. NO email address?? You have to email the local club and Supposedly they might have emailed corp. BUT WE HAVE NO IDEA. This is a group of con artist starting at the top and working their way into the local branches. Now, that is just the financing. The facility does NOT offer a place to do self/floor exercises as they are always being used by "Trainers!" There is no Basketball like LA Fitness and the equipment is always a fight to get to it. In my opinion you should STAY far away from these guys. There are better gyms coming to any area and you should avoid. IF you want access for a lower monthly fee, that will never stop from your account, maybe this works for you, but for most people, too many horror stories about these criminals. If you have experienced a similar challenge, we should start a class action lawsuit. We won't earn much but these crooks deserve to be challenged.

Crunch gym used to be a good place to feel comfortable with on wrst 54th and 8th. When don the temporary general manager came in he changed everything for the worst. He's two faced pretends to care and doesn't . treated me like i was under servalence. I left being falsely accused of something and was treated like a criminal. He should be let go. I give this one gym less than 1 star.

I enjoy going to the gym located at 1266 NW Broadstreet it has become so much cleaner since the new GM Caitlin has come she has also been really nice every time i've seen her. The gym has everything you will need to reach your fitness goals

A new gym so it is clean but beware of the contract! Unclear at signing and will charge you a yearly fee!! Classes offered such as Pilates are not offered often and fill up in 20 seconds so you have to constantly watch the app. You can only sign up 22 hours in advance so it makes planning your workouts impossible. The “bring a guest” is ONLY for gym equipment not classes which is also very unclear. It’s a fine gym for some things but be sure to sign up in person and ASK A LOT of questions.

A Manager Satty and staff are very rude, acted unprofessionally. Club and bathrooms are in very dirty condition and there is extremely big mess with equipment!

Nature of the dispute: I was charged for two account from the opening date of the Savannah Gym. I signed up in the Crunch fitness Promo tailor, and they made a mistake. The mistake was noticed and should have been fix the in Oct. 2 weeks before the open. I received 1 gym card and was told every thing was fixed. I canceled my gym membership in April and noticed i was still getting Charged $31.98 on 6/26/24. So I called the Gym found out I had two account, so i stopped by the gym to speak to the manager. The manager reached out to the his managers, and he told he will reach out to me Friday 6/27/24 or Monday 7/1/24. It's been 23 days and i haven't heard back from the manger and I stopped by 7/5/24 & 7/12/2024 and I haven't seen him since 6/27/24. Please help me. ( the monthly transaction were charged on different weeks, so i notice the chargers until i looked back through my bank statements). (BEWARE) I'll never trust Crunch Fitness with my banking info again.

I have been working with a personal trainer named Kyle at the Newport ky location and he has been instrumental in helping me work on resistance training. he is very professional. the gym is clean as well

This place has the sleaziest membership cancellation process in the freaking World. What is it 1975? I called to cancel my month to month and since I am out of town on extended leave, I called to cancel. They literally told me that I have to send a Certified Letter to their corporate office. I'm like, what you mean to tell me that I have to write a letter, drive to the post office, pay for a certified letter and then wait for the mail to get there and then wait for them to agree to it in order to cancel a membership that I have no contractual obligation to pay. In fact, they just pulled July's payment out of my account. So it's not about the money. THIS IS A SCAM!!! THIS IS A SHAM!!
