I ordered several pet canvases to give as gifts to our pet owning kids. It was a little tricky because screenshots of photos don't work well but other than having to get some new photos the whole process was great with excellent communication from the company via email. The finished products came today and all look great!! I wish I had a few more family pets - these are so cute. My advice would be to have a photo you took on your phone or camera rather than a screenshot from social media and you'll be good to go.
