Would prefer to review after I have had the opportunity to actually see the end result. One thing I don't care for is no human interaction. Not everyone is attached to their computer and carrie's out all transactions in that manner and I am one of those people.

Ordering was easy

My first order
My first order, in May 2020, for our dog, Badger, that unexpectedly passed was beautiful, looked like an actual painted portrait, as was the second one we got done for our Cotton. When I saw the proof of this one for our kitty of 21 years I expected that it would be of the same quality. It’s not horrible, but owls in comparison to the first two. Appears like more of a copy/paste onto the outfit without any blending/shading. It is hard to tell from the small electronic proofs, but I was sadly disappointed with the final product. I don’t know if you have outsourced (as this order came so much quicker), but there seems to be a QA aspect that is lacking. Since the start of Crown & Paw there have been many new enterprises of same that have been established in NA. As an owner/operator of an animal sanctuary of 77, I will be conducting extra due diligence when the heartbreaking time comes to source out a memorial piece. I started a memorial wall, with three from Crown & Paw, but don’t feel that this will be my first and only choice going forward - Regards, Aimee

I’ve been waiting two weeks for the…
I’ve been waiting two weeks for the item to be shipped after approving with no update. Website said one to two weeks from ordering Update - received it the next day. Website updates could be better for order status. But it’s a great product!
