A clear website, the filter system works well. Lot's of choices. In fact the only problem is that it takes a while to decide. But that is on me, decisions, decisions with a plethora of good options.

I was having issues placing my order to have sent to my friend in the UK. I ended up having to have the portrait sent to me. It was frustrating, but I didn’t mind because I have received a portrait of my late dog and you guys are amazing. I just wish it was easier to have something shipped to the UK.

The customer service is outstanding. I am actually doing a portrait as a gift and the patience and understanding was fabulous as I tried getting more pictures from a third party. I asked that the pet portrait be repositioned, and the artists did their best to meet my request and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company and plan in using it again. Totally satisfied. Thank you.

My dog Bob is only 6 pounds but he is arrogant and aloof. The picture of him as the red emperor is magnificent in every detail. Workmanship is wonderful. This portrait will be proudly displayed in my office. I have already purchased another canvas of Bob as a physician.
