Didn't receive an order confirmation. When contacted the Crown & Paw site states I'd hear from them within 24hrs and I have not.

I wish I didn't have to give even one star. I've contacted Crown & Paw repeatedly by email as well as social media with NO RESPONSES. They messed up my Christmas order and now I'm out $100 and don't have a present for my loved ones. This is just a blatant disregard for any of their customer's satisfaction. Shame on you. They should be investigated.

It wasn't easy to find the option to purchase a gift card. Had to do a google search of the website to find the link for gift card purchasing.

I ordered for Christmas delivery. Artist put face in in picture reversed. Requested a change and still have not heard back. The other faces looked photo shopped and ridiculous. I was also charged an international fee which no one seems to be able to address. I have used your company before but this is a very disappointing experience. There is no customer service or responses to emails.

Website was easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze. They take PayPal as payment. That for me is incredible cuz I hate typing my card numbers in. Thanks again

The photo that I ordered says it was delivered but it never showed up. It has been impossible to actually get in touch with anyone in customer service to help with this. After not hearing back from them I emailed again just to receive an email chastising me for trying to contact them. I had to spend more money in order to buy the art digitally and now will have to find a place to print the artwork on my own in time for Christmas.

Ordering process is quick and easy. Website itself has far, FAR too many pop-ups. Constant distraction. Very discouraging
