Absolutely amazing!

The shipping was calculated based off the shipping address, however when I gave the billing address (the SAME address, but different name) it changed the shipping cost. It looks like a bait and switch and left a bad taste in my mouth.

So many choices it’s not easy to decide. Looking forward to seeing the review! And then the final.

Super easy to navigate - everything works flawlessly, a quick and easy process. This is my second time ordering from Crown & Paw, and I've been very impressed with how simple they make things, and how wonderful their product is. I wish every website was this easy!

I was charge international fees 3 times. Once for the initial order, once to tip the artist, and once when I added in a mug. Everything takes so long compared to similar companies. My kids ordered a similar product from another product a day after I placed my order and it is already wrapped and under the tree. I paid extra to have mine expedited and it still hasn’t shipped. They did a good job on the picture but so did the place my kids ordered from. The added on mug just shipped and will get there ahead of the picture which will be a weird present having them show up at different times.

The portrait drop down options sometimes does not work on a mobile device. This makes it frustrating to shop. Also, you can’t fully read a title/description using a mobile device. Finally, there didn’t seem to be an option to add comments to the artist after uploading a file in case you wanted to request specific touch ups. Desktop version works better than mobile site.
