Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I couldn’t figure out how to preview the portrait before placing my order.

How it is so easy to.submit a photo

I really enjoyed this service. My order wasn’t placed until I was satisfied with the artwork, I also really liked their customer service. I ordered 2 canvases way too big and they modified my order after placing it (which usually you can’t do with most companies) and even refunded me the difference. I really appreciate their willingness to help me and how often they let you change your artwork until it’s your perfect fit. 100 percent recommend.

We had gotten a photo to be framed of my past cat for my father last year. It made him cry it was beautiful. This year he passed and it's the perfect memorial. Today one of my best friends lost his beloved dog and the first thing I thought of was to memorialize her with crown and paw. Thank you for giving us the service to be able to remember our furry friends forever.

After three failed delivery attempts and multiple attempts at getting a delivery solution the team has done nothing to help. I’ve been told that this delivery has now been attempted at a “local post office” but the tracking number given takes me to “we could not find any results with this number”. Honestly pretty frustrated for the price I paid for this.

I love this company. This is our 6 th portrait we have pets that have passed on and new ones. Plus the coupon code offer was great

I have ordered before for another pet who crossed the rainbow bridge this year. Ordering for our new 14-year old rescue. The extra 15% made it possible. Thank you

Placed an order in november. Haven't heard from the 'artist' for 3 weeks now. Revision requests are not followed, artworks get re-submitted back to me without any changes made whatsoever. Had to pay to change a photo, they state unlimited revisions but apparently you have to pay 10USD for a photo change, only the first photo change is free of charge. And then the artist used the old photo for the last revision request we got back 3 weeks ago. The artwork looks awful as well, looks like they've just put stickers of my cats faces on their prints. The lighting is off and the photoshop just looks very amateuristic. We regret ordering here (again, our first order wasn't a good experience either but at least the artwork looked good) and at this point we're so done with C&P that we'd prefer a refund instead of the artwork.
