The website is simply fun, intriguing, hilarious, and user friendly. The process seems simple this far. The website design is easy in the eyes and really makes you want to show off your distinguished pup! Can’t wait to capture Maverick Alexander at one of his life’s highest moments.

It was hard to find the type of picture that I wanted. The last time i ordered from C&P, they had a filter where I could find certain types of looks. This time it was very hard to filter it for the type of theme I wanted. I don't know what changed on the website.

Order got lost in the mail so they sent a replacement and sent me back my shipping fee. Very good customer service!

My user experience for ordering this time and my first time were frustrating. The first time I ordered the process was confusing when I wanted to add another item to the order. The interface wasn't clear and I ended up double ordering an item. This time I received an email promotion for a discount, yet there was no where to place the code. Since I was purchasing from my custom store, I was expecting the 20% discounted rate as stated on the site, but my price was the same as on the general website. Products are great - my ordering experience has been extremely frustrating.

Pet portraits are awesome and adorable! Every pet should have their likeness on the wall. If there were more templates to choose from, that would be nice. But to be clear, there is a significant amount of templates to choose from.
