Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Very easy to navigate. Info is clear and helpful.

abysmal customer service. We ordered a custom portrait in early December, did not like the first painting that was produced and were told that the edits we suggested were not allowed. We tried to then cancel the order and did not receive any communication from CS until over a month later. The resolution was a new cancellation fee (a new policy that was not in place prior to our purchase). We’ve already reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Poorly presented product in review process & wouldn’t provide full refund when cancelled.

Easy to navigate and unambiguous. No frustration in completing details required.

Easy to use site, products look amazing!

The website was very easy to navigate. There are so many great costume choices, but also good filters to narrow down all those choices. There is excellent contact info. Great customer service and advice even before I ordered! Very excited.

the site and the idea is so clever! so many options and the art is beautiful!

The picture came out perfect! Better than expected and hilariously sweet!
