Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Easy to understand. Website is well designed and set up. Love how detailed the process is! Looking forward to a great portrait of my boy!

They perfectly captured the idea I was hoping and absolutely loved the end product.

I bought the pillow as a gift for my mom and I absolutely love it!!!! I looks amazing! I can’t wait to give it to her!

C&P did a wonderful job with my project. I was not easy to deal with and submitted numerous revision request as I didnt have the best pictures to provide. However, C&P had no problem seeing my vision and provided exactly what I was looking for.

I can NOT wait to give this to our son for Christmas! I was worried about the quality (ordered a canvas), but I truly couldn't be happier. No words other than SO HAPPY! This is my absolute favorite gift I'm gifting this year, hands down! I am equally impressed with the service and turn around time!

The product is exceptionally cute, but the customer service is poor, the spam from Crown and Paw is cumbersome, and they sent me two portraits of one dog instead of our two. Disappointing as the pictures are cute, but not sure hanging two portraits of one dog on our walls makes very much sense. Not that the other dog would notice. If anyone would be interested in a redundant dachshund portrait, I have one for you.

One photo set out of 2 never loaded i then had to proceed to ask and find this out on my own after some days passed. still have not recieved order or photo approval have attempted to contact their support to be left unanswered for 3 days now. Under the impression they are making a throw pillow which is not what i ordered..

I am pleased with the artwork and quick turnaround of completion of art.
