I bought a $30 digital download and it first charged me shipping, they refunded me, then it says I have to pay $10 more to download it and that it's going to ship...? I BOUGHT A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD WHAT THE HECK

The site was really simple to use, and everything was straightforward. Looking forward to receiving my pet portrait, it's going to be a hilarious (and honestly amazing) gift.

The art looks awesome! The team at Crown and Paw helped me out with a promo code that I thought I had on the order. Very cool company!
