Ordered my print on Nov 17th. After I approved it, the site stated it was scheduled for shipping on Nov 23-26. I even paid for the expedited printing and shipping. No word on anything yet and it has been a month. According to my account it hasn't even been sent to the printer yet. Definitely would not order again from this place. The artwork looked great, but am disappointed it won't be here for xmas like I ordered. Update: I contacted customer service and they stated it was was being printed as we speak and to check out my dashboard for updates... Flash forward 2 weeks and still no contact or dashboard updates. I emailed them again to see what is up. Now waiting...

Fun to shop and easy to understand order process! Super easy to upload photo! Appreciate that there was no lengthy process to set up an account, etc. Great job, Crown & Paw!

I put my order in and about a week or so later I had looked at the artwork and it had shipped! I wasn’t sure about the photo I had used, but the mock-up was great and the photo worked perfectly! Zero complaints!
