Easy to navigate site. So many choices/options. Love the concept of this. My cousin has a portrait of her pup and I thought this would be a great gift for my husband. We recently lost our older girl so I purchased the angel one and we have a little girl pup who is the queen now. Looking forward to see the portraits.

I had 3 dogs so I thought it would take forever, but it was so easy to navigate thru the site and choose options, that it went must faster than expected. The price was a little less than all the other sites I looked at as well. These days, every penny helps. Cant wait to see the preview pics!

Under the options, when I click on “choose your costume”, it continually took me to the “photo guide.” I had to use a different avenue to pick the costume. Also, there is no explanation of what “Skip the artwork Queue” is for, until after it’s in the cart. After the shipping section, the tab to continue to payment reads “continue to shipping.” I would say the website needs some attention to detail.
