I first saw your product when my son in law got a couple of canvas portraits of their two dogs for my daughter for Christmas. I got such a good laugh out of it them that they decided that I needed one of our dog (a Border-Aussie) for my birthday. I loved it so much that I ordered one for my wife of our deceased Border Collie (the dog worshipped the ground my wife walked on).

Would like the ability to change background colors of portraits to better fit with the pets fur color, would like to have a better understanding of how the policies work up front before spending hundreds of dollars to be disappointed by each image they send you to review. The ability to try out the portrait with certain photos of your deceased pet to see which image would look better with certain portrait themes before having an artist creates it would be a good idea too. I ended up settling with the final piece they gave me to review. I just hope it turns out better than I’m expecting it will once I receive it.
