I ordered on the 4th of December and have heard N othing!!! I'm afraid I got scammed..even paid $40 extra for a faster service.

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the work done for my picture. Thank you to the people who put it together and made it look so realistic! I’m giving it as a gift and can’t wait. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/03. It is 12/20 and my order STILL has not been sent to print, so it obviously will not be here on time for Christmas. I have talked to customer service twice, both said it would ship in 24 hours. That was last week and it still shows that it hasn't been sent to print. Super disappointing, will be taking my business to ETSY next time.

I would really like to rate higher but I haven't received my item yet. I know custom pieces take time but it's been nearly a month and it hasn't shipped. Odd because it's been completed for more than a week. This long process should be advertised as such especially during the holiday season. It's also my first purchase and I didn't receive my 1st purchase coupon until after I checked out. I really hope it's worth the wait. So far not wowed.

They did such a good job of cutting out the heads, including whiskers etc. My parents loved it!

They haven't shipped my order out within the time frame given and they don't have a customer service phone number and don't respond to emails. Do NOT order from this company!

Dealing with customer support was extremely challenging. Trying to have a simple order adjustment was slow, painful and ultimately unachievable. This lack of support and the already long shipping process means the purchase won’t be delivered for its intended use. Very frustrating all around.
