Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The website was easy to navigate and easy to understand. Very straight forward.

Absolutely adore the family Christmas portrait of our 4 dogs.

So Cute! I haven't received the product yet, but I looked at the preview and it is adorable! My daughter is going to love it!

Save your money. There are other things out there. Cartoonists for example. Unlimited redo's just isn't true here. They don't wait for your approval either. I have a very expensive picture of my cat that looks like my kid was learning photo shop. If my kid was 5. Firewood. And crickets from them after I spent $1,000 with them over black Friday weekend. Never, Never again. And I warned them if they didn't fix that canvas I would give them a 100% honest review for each of the 4 things I commissioned. Now it's Christmas and they sent the one to another company, which is ok if they fix it, but now they won't answer emails. Either company! Stay far away! Not worth the brain damage. Your kids can probably do the same thing on their computers.

Edit: Just saw that not a single rating below 3 stars appears on their website. I'm more and more disappointed as I was really rooting for this company. I am absolutely happy with their products so far, no issues in quality. But in my opinion it's really poor to let people pay so they can skip the production line while people who did not do so (and maybe couldn't even afford bc they put their money in this special, costly christmas present) are waiting and way behind whilst more and more people are skipping in front of them. Even though I ordered in time for it to arrive maybe shortly after christmas my estimated printing date is way overdue and I don't even know if I will recieve my Christmas present this year.

Amazing service! When I suggested a small edit, it was taken care of quickly and I love the artwork!

This was so much fun we can’t wait to see Otis in his red supreme sweatshirt. He will hang proudly on the wall of iron maiden gym. It was easy to do. Can’t wait to see the outcome

Ordered on 12/7...have received about half a dozen emails to order more things but don't even know what's happening with this one. It says you'll get a preview in 10-14 days. Have not received anything. Went to look up my status and it says my order doesn't exist. Went to click track order on the confirmation email and comes up blank, but yet the charge is through.
