I placed my order and everything was fine, I received the artwork to review and it was really cute! I submitted everything to be shipped to me. It was taking some time & my tracking number wasn’t working so I sent a message just seeing where everything was at. That’s when I found out that only half of my order had been shipped out. You guys ran out of the large red sweaters and failed to notify me before shipping out my order. Was I going to have to wait to receive just one sweater in the mail to find out? I had to send a message in order to find out, I could have easily changed my order sooner to a different color or size but now it’s 5 days till Christmas and obviously I’m not going to get my complete order before then. This could have been rectified easily if someone had emailed, texted, or called me.

This is my second purchase with your company. I’m overall very pleased. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I provided feedback at the time of the Preview, that there was a “void” at the collar of the dress and dog’s neck on the left side, and requested that some of her fur get added there to fill the void. That did not happen; it actually appears that fur was added to the right side (where it was not needed). Overall, it will be fine.

I have inquired twice now whether or not my gift will arrive before Christmas. No one is answering me. When I go to my order on the website it still says queued for printing which it has said for 4 days now.

Waiting on my artwork to arrive. Pleased with the proof.

The product was excellent. The customer service was horrible. It took a month to get to me.

I love the pillow I ordered for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas, it's great quality and the ordering process was a snap. Also, the customer service response was fast. I will be ordering again.
