I saw the preview of my canvas and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I can’t wait to open it and see it in person! It’s a Christmas present for my dad and I know he will love it and laugh as much as I did!! Thank you so much, it’s perfect!!!!

Not getting updates or response from customer service. Doesn't seem like the company will meet their promised SLA's

This is my third order with Crown and Paw. The website is super easy to use and easy to complete the entire order from my phone.

Timely in getting my picture ready for approval and it looked great. Hoping when I receive it I’ll be just as excited

UPDATE: After leaving this review and filing a dispute with my credit card company, my order was magically updated and sent out. I'm still getting incessant marketing emails and requests to leave additional reviews. In the future, I'd hire someone on fiverr to create the image, then go to CVS and order canvas prints. It's at least half their asking price, and you'll get real customer service and 2x faster turnaround time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've reached out to Crown & Paw no fewer than 5 times via email over the past week in hopes of gaining some clarity into when the 3 canvas prints I purchased might ship. I paid extra to move my artwork order to the front of the line when I ordered, and have since inquired several times in those 5 emails requesting options for more expedited shipping options once the prints are ready, as this is a Christmas present and it is now less than a week before the holiday. The response I've gotten? "be patient" Not kidding. Their customer service response is that obtuse. There's been absolutely no acknowledgement of my questions regarding my desire to pay extra for expedited shipping, or even some kind of ballpark idea on when the order might ship so I could make other gift arrangements for the holiday. I'm not asking this company to perform miracles during the busy season. I'm looking for a reasonable expectation and response so I can make other arrangements. Apparently that's too much to ask after spending close to $300 with Crown & Paw. Couple that with the incessant emails I've received (almost daily) to buy more stuff and leave them a review before I've even received a shipping notification on the items I paid for. What sucks is that my favorite gift from my husband last year was a portrait of our dog from crown & paw. I figured I'd have the same luck as he did in buying these portraits for my mom, but alas--it appears not. If you don't care about turnaround times (or paying extra for a very-much-not-expedited experience) then go for it. The resulting work is cute. If you have any kind of expectation of productive communication from this company, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Awesome job, communication was excellent, picture was excellent, price was excellent. Bill and Ted all around!

Very funny concept! I love how many options there are for outfits, there's really something for everyone here. I had fun browsing for friends' Christmas gifts too. I also really appreciate that they give a free preview and offer an unlimited number of adjustments if you need them. Feel free to expand y'all's inventory because I'll definitely be returning!
