My order was placed Nov 27th, and I have heard nothing over the status of my order or if it existed (but the money has been taken out of my account). I have attempted every aspect of communication. Unfortunately, I think a bad review is the only way to get their attention. I caution anyone wanting something for a certain date from ordering....

Ordered two Christmas sweatshirts before thanksgiving. Have yet to receive any updates on the products or hear from the artists despite being told I would hear in 10-14 days. No way I will get these Christmas sweatshirts before Christmas at this point even though it was ordered before thanksgiving. Very disappointing.
