This is the second time I've ordered and the experience was fantastic!

Made my order of a week ago and have not heard any feedback on the state of my order. Tried writing a help ticket, no response there either.

Terrible customer service. My order was forgotten and they had time to make it right before Christmas but did not. I had to ask for a refund. I would never buy from this company again.

I was so excited when I ordered this gift for my parents for Christmas, unfortunately I never received it and the support at Crown and Paw has gone silent, no help, no return phone calls or emails! Sadly very dissatisfied with their service Order 489218, no gift for my parents for Christmas 😕

Really loved it!!

It took quite a bit of time for my sweater to ship and therefore I asked for the shipping address to be changed before it was finally shipped and my request was denied. I’m now in Florida and will not get my sweater for Christmas and I’m super bummed. I definitely would not have ordered an $80 sweater that I can no longer use. This is a real bummer and I still don’t know why they would help me out to update my shipping address.

Took my money and then never sent me a follow up email. When I enter my order number to track my order it says it does not exist yet I have a confirmation email. The company refuses to answer any of my emails or Instagram messages. I will change these review if they respond and make things right but for the time being, I feel scammed by this company.
