Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The website very clearly states previews will be sent for approval in 1-2 days. The confirmation email I received states the preview will be sent in 10-14 days… as in 2 WEEKS just for the preview. I understand shipping times are taking longer right now but there is zero disclaimer on the website about this difference in time just to get the preview. No banner at the top, nothing edited in the advertising. So.. preview in 2 weeks… plus shipping time is 2-3 weeks. You’ll get your product in no sooner than 1 month, probably longer.

Horrible! We placed our order on 12/5/21. The proof or portrait never arrived. Today is Christmas eve. I have no gift to offer, thanks to this company. C&P has almost no customer service; and no phone number! Relentless in their marketing, but show no effort in executing a final product. Anxiety from start to finish.

Great quality and great service

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered weeks ago (before Christmas deadline) and haven’t received my order. Tried contacting the company (four emails, messenger and online form) and have had no response. Tracking message says ‘in transit’ for last few days. Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Please do not waste your money.

We loved our picture so much that we ordered one for my mom and dad and my husband’s sister. I have it at the end of our hallway so that’s the first thing that you see walking into our rooms. We love it so much.

Paid for fast proofing in hopes of getting my Christmas sweater in a couple of weeks. Ordered on November 18, 2021 and received the sweater December 23, 2021. Missed all holiday events and came much later than expected shipping. First proof cut my dogs ears in half and had to send back. Sweatshirt is washed out. Normally I only leave reviews if they are good. However, I gave them 5 stars as check out was great. Then it went downhill….

Got my picture for review quickly, and my throw blanket was shipped very soon after. Especially with my order being near the holidays, I appreciate the quickness.

The portrait came out perfect, my friend is going to love their portrait of their dog and cat, Poe and Ziggy!
