I ordered a mug as a gift. While it is a super cute idea, the mug is very average and highly overpriced. The cost is really for the cute factor of having your pet on a mug. The image of the dog is a bit blurry, I think in an attempt to make it look painted, however the uniform is not. The placement of the image isn’t the best, either. There’s a large blank area that takes up the majority of the surface, however, around the handle is white. It would be nicer if the color wrapped the whole way around the mug. The cost ended up being $52.90, which is pretty outrageous for what you receive.

Took several weeks to be produced. Had to push the team to ship the order and it then arrived two weeks after that. Over 4 weeks from purchase to arrival in UK is not what was promised. 2 star purely because it arrived JUST before Xmas and appears a decent product.

$10 for shipping and my poster was still creased in two places.

I should be able to buy a gift card in any increment. I had to buy three separate cards to get to the amount I needed.

I never got my original order. I ordered it a month ago and it's been sitting at the printer stage for 2 weeks.

"Artist" was incapable of understanding my requests. I'm fairly certain there is just a computer algorithm that plugs images into a template. If their artists are not computers, they're highly untrained. The image came out subpar. Additionally, the order was delayed by over two weeks. They claimed the order would be printed and shipped on Dec 13 - it is now Christmas Eve and it hasn't even been printed yet.

Still waiting and says my order doesn’t exist. Very frustrating
