Ordered on December 2, never received any info, never received the product, shipping info - nothing. Christmas is in two days and I have nothing to give now. Customer service has been very nice though - but I paid $100 over 20 days ago and I have no gift to give. Very disappointed as I will get a customized puzzle too late that is useless to me now and I have to go buy something else last minute. I expected at least a shipping notification once I reached out to customer service.

Love the images, very quick and friendly responses from the company. Can’t wait for the items to be unwrapped for Christmas!

They kind of changed my dogs fur texture. He has short hair and he looks like he has longer wirey hair. Other than that it’s cute.

Ordered prior to Christmas with the understanding it would be there by Christmas. Instead, I've received no update on when it will arrive, nor when it will even ship. Just that it will ship, on a date that passed 10 days ago. I'll be happy to revise my review if I ever get the order, but at this point, I'm just out the money for a product that hasn't arrived on time despite a promised delivery date.

I never received my order and it keeps getting pushed back, after being told by a customer service rep that I would be getting a draft "soon" and the artists were just touching up some of the detailing. I also paid extra for expedited service so the fact that they've ignored all of my emails inquiring about completion date/delivery time, is unbelievable. This company is straight up a scam and I think all of their 'good' reviews are fake. If you look on their social media pages (which I'm kicking myself for not doing originally), it's ridiculously common how many people get their money taken, only to be ignored by customer service or just not receive goods. The lack of communication and customer service is appalling. DO NOT ORDER from this company regardless of how many instagram ads you see -- you will waste money on lies and empty promises.

I was upset when I thought my request to change the size of the sweater I chose was ignored but when I got my package it turned out that it was not ignored after all and I got the size I wanted. It arrived within the time frame given so I’m really happy about that also. So far everyone loves the sweater and I can’t wait to give it to my mom and sister for Christmas. Thank you :)

Looking forward to previews of the awesome portraits I ordered for my mom! I'm sure it will be spectacular
