17 days later, still waiting for my email after it said 10 - 14 days. When I click the online customer tracker and type in the order number, it says it doesn't exist.

AWESOME!! My sister got everyone in the family a portrait of our pets for the holidays and they’ve got to be one of the funniest and amazing gifts. EVERYONE laughed and absolutely loved the portraits. I just ordered one for someone else and cannot wait to order more from the company. LOVE!!!!

I have been looking at Crown and Paw for over a year now and finally placed an order with them, and I was definitely not disappointed!!! Very quick service from the time I submitted the order, approved work, and then shipping. Crown and paw is a top notch company! Our portrait will be treasured for years to come!

Ordered and approved 12/5, not in time for Christmas. Test somehow every other retailer ordered before 12/10 made in time. Thanks for nothing Crown and Paw!

Once I had carefully selected my two images to fit The Witch and The Dutchess templates, my payment was processed quickly and within 24 hours I received an email to review the images with the templates. I gladly accepted the previews, and from there it took only 2 weeks from production to my doorstep. It’s an easy process for an amazing finished product.

Writing another review because I just finally heard back from customer service to have her say “we’re glad to let you know the items shipped”..... but not apologizing that they shipped 2 weeks late and won’t be here for Christmas and I ordered Christmas sweaters that are now of no use to my friends.. not to mention I don’t have gifts to give them tomorrow. Will never order from here again. Save your money, horrible experience.

A heads up about needing to confirm the artwork before you ship would have been great. Maybe add a couple of prompts for that when the customer purchases instead of just a single email. Now this gift is late for Christmas.
