I ordered a portrait for my wife for a Christmas present this year and I cannot say in words how happy this gift made her...If you have loved ones who are pet owners and lovers, this is the ultimate gift! The artwork Crown and Paw delivered on the portrait I commissioned was awesome, the whole experience was great from start to finish and the best part was seeing the tears of joy on my wife's face as she saw her gift.

This is a wonderful and unique way to honor your pet. The website is easy to navigate and there's so many choices for how you'd like your pet represented. Thank you Crown & Paw for all you.

It feels like they focus more on getting first time customers in, but the rest of the experience is below average. You only get one review, and that's not even that great. I'm not sure what happens if you have a lot to edit. There was a request as I first put in an order, which was completely ignored. The art didn't really resemble our pet. And I got a very small thumbnail I wasn't able to download. They also seem to just add default whiskers that don't really match your pet's. We ended up cancelling, which wasn't even shown as an option. You're required to contact them while they try to convince you not to cancel your order. Messaging is very inconsistent and confusing. You have no idea how much time you actually have until you need to approve the art. And rather than taking the service fee of $10 from the total cost and refunding the rest, they charge you $10 first and you have to wait for the refund. The whole transaction felt a bit off and I don't recommend their service. You can find better artists who will treat each order with respect.

I love Crown & Paw. This is the second time I’ve bought from them and once again it was a home run! My sister’s dog passed away not too long ago and putting her dog’s face on a poster and a throw pillow has brought her and her family such joy. I can’t recommend C&P highly enough!
